Based on the 100-point scale we were graded upon in school, the Rockwood & Perry (R&P) rating system provides a familiar and instinctual way to compare the quality of wines offered on this website. Ratings of wines are assigned prior to their purchase in comparative trade tastings where the bottlings are known to the taster.

95-100: Outstanding
90-94: Excellent
85-89: Very Good
80-84: Average to Good
